Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a MS/tele setting required.
- Telemetry & IV start preferred.
